The West Virginia Housing Institute is composed of hundreds of housing professionals involved in the factory-built housing industry with the common mission of making homeownership affordable. We promote quality and attainable housing to the residents of the Mountaineer State.

Our Staff

Andrea Greene

Andrea Greene has been leading WVHI since 2021, using her fresh Ideas and enthusiasm to move the manufactured housing industry forward in West Virginia.

Andrea came to WVHI from her previous position of Business Development Director for the WV Auto Dealers Association and while there built upon her knowledge of running all aspects of a large association. Her skills in marketing, communications, business development, member relations and government affairs knowledge should are valuable assets to the West Virginia
Housing Institute and its members.

Andrea brings more than seven years of government affairs experience to our team and being a registered lobbyist, has extensive knowledge of state government and the legislative process.

She began her career for a marketing company in North Carolina in 2006 and three years later returned to her hometown of Charleston, WV, where she was employed as a marketing manager in the auto industry, from there she advanced her career as Marketing Director and Lobbyist for Minardi Public Affairs by representing clients in the auto industry as well as other fields. It was there that she gained her association management skills and strengthened her legislative relationships.

Andrea is a graduate of West Virginia University with a B.A. in Business Marketing and a Minor in Communications. She currently resides in Charleston, WV with her dog, Goose, a boxer.
